If you use our website enquiry form, Facebook, email or phone number to make a question about our services you can be sure we will only use it in order to process and answer your enquiry. We will collect your name, email, and in some cases your phone number. In order to provide an efficient service and for our legitimate interest will save this information in our database for a period of four months, after which it will be deleted unless you become a costumer.

If you are a storage units/caravans/space user we will request a form of ID which will be used only to verify your identity prior entering into an agreement with us and we will not store or make any copies of your ID. If you are a horse licensee we will request your horse’s vet and dentist contact details, we will only contact them where consent has been provided. We will retain your contact details for as long as you are receiving our services and for a period of six years after to comply with applicable law and for internal management purposes.
